  • All orders are handmade to order, so please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order ships.

  • Large or gift set orders may take slightly longer — we’ll always let you know if there’s a delay.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • We ship via USPS (or your chosen carrier).

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or holidays.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the system.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We carefully package every bath bomb to prevent damage, but accidents can happen.

  • If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist you.

6. International Shipping (Optional)

  • At this time, we only ship within the United States.
