Our bath bombs are handmade in small batches with care for sensitive skin. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years or older or have parental/guardian permission.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues or errors.
Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Payment

We accept the payment methods provided at checkout.
Payment is processed securely through Shopify’s payment system.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimated and may vary.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
Once shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal and handmade nature of our bath bombs, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo. We will replace it or issue a refund.
Return shipping costs are only covered for damaged or defective items.

6. Product Use

Our products are intended for external use only.
Keep away from eyes and mouth, and always test on a small area of skin if you have extreme sensitivity.
We are not responsible for allergic reactions, although our products are formulated for sensitive and eczema-prone skin.
